1.Permanently Antistatic ABS Sheet Material
This is one of the typical applications of ASTPEEN series permanent antistatic agents from HAISO Technology Co., Ltd. in ABS modified compounds, used for the production of thermoforming sheets. The finished material features bright white color and high gloss, stable melt flowability, uniform and firm bonding to base sheets, easy color matching and no color transfer upon friction. Both surface resistivity and volume resistivity reach 10⁷ Ω. It is also suitable for injection-molded articles.

3.Precautions
Dry the material before use (moisture content ≤ 0.2%). Drying option 1: 105℃ for 4 hours. Drying option 2: High-speed mixing for 10 minutes, hold for 10 minutes once the temperature rises to approximately 90℃, followed by another 10 minutes of high-speed mixing.
Store the material in a cool, shaded, ventilated and dry place.
