Intrinsiek geleidende pellet, speciaal ontworpen voor PP-injectie, extrusie, profiel, plaat en schuimvorming.
Permanente antistatische masterbatch van PP-kwaliteit maakt gebruik van puur PP-hars als drager.gemengd met hoge-efficiëntie intrinsieke permanente antistatische actieve bestanddelen en compatibele additieven door middel van hoge-temperatuurverbindingHet product biedt een uitstekende dispersie en compatibiliteit met ruwe PP-materiaal.het elimineren van bloei en neerslag, met behoud van de mechanische eigenschappen van het materiaal en de oppervlakteafwerking.
Deze masterbatch vormt een doorlopend interne geleidende netwerk in het hele product, waardoor een permanente antistatische functionaliteit wordt bereikt.De prestaties zijn onafhankelijk van de luchtvochtigheid en bestand tegen langdurige wrijving, schoonmaak en omgevingen met hoge en lage temperaturen.
