POM-antistatisch materiaal, ook wel bekend als antistatisch polyoxymethyleen, is ontworpen met efficiënte antistatische prestaties door middel van speciale modificatie, met behoud van de hoge stijfheid,hoge slijtvastheid, en zelfglij eigenschappen van standaard POM materiaal.Dit geavanceerde materiaal leidt statische elektriciteit snel weg en voorkomt schade aan precisiecomponenten veroorzaakt door elektrostatische ontlading.
