Product Description
TPEE must be pre-dried prior to processing to ensure the resin remains dry during manufacturing operations.
Recommended Drying Conditions: 80℃ for 3-4 hours, or 60℃ overnight.
TPEE exhibits excellent processability and can be easily formed into various products via plastic processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.
Recommended Processing Temperature: 180℃ to 260℃ (specific temperature depends on process and grade). The melting points of all standard grades are consistently stable.
TPEE is hygroscopic and must be stored in a cool, dry place in sealed packaging. Any unused material after opening should be tightly resealed. Drying prior to processing is a critical step to ensure finished product quality; insufficient or no drying will result in a significant decline in the mechanical properties of the product.
