This series offers a wide range of grades from general-purpose to special-functional types to meet application requirements across various industries.
- Excellent elasticity and softness: Comfortable touch, good resilience, and a wide selectable hardness range
- Easy and efficient processing: Significantly simplifies production processes, shortens cycle time, improves productivity, reduces manufacturing costs, and enhances cost-performance ratio
- Superior weather and chemical resistance: Excellent high and low temperature performance with a wide service temperature range; good resistance to aging, ozone, and common chemical reagents
- Outstanding colorability: Various bright and permanent colors can be formulated without painting, reducing costs and VOC emissions
- Good sealing and shock absorption: Provides reliable anti-slip, shock absorption and sealing effects, widely used in hand tools, seals, shock pads, etc.
- Eco-friendly and non-toxic: Odor level meets Grade 3 or lower requirements
- Strong adhesion to various materials: Selected grades can achieve overmolding with rigid plastics such as PP, ABS, PC and PA during injection molding, forming a firm bond and simplifying product assembly
- TPE is mainly processed using standard thermoplastic processing equipment, such as injection molding machines and extruders
- The core process can be summarized as: drying → heating and plasticizing → molding → cooling
- Before processing, it is recommended to dry the material at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours to avoid adverse effects on the mechanical properties of finished products
- If dried material cannot be used immediately, it should be properly sealed to prevent moisture reabsorption
- Main processing methods for TPE include injection molding and extrusion molding
- Before processing TPE of different colors or grades, thoroughly clean the barrel of the injection molding machine or extruder. PP or HDPE is recommended as purging material
- During processing, ensure good ventilation in the working area, and operators shall wear appropriate protective equipment
- Packaging: 25 kg per bag, paper-plastic composite bag with PE film inner lining
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Automotive industry: Weather strips, mudguards, dust covers, interior parts, floor mats, gearbox cushions, etc.
- Consumer goods & tools: Power tools, soft-coated handles for household appliances, watch straps, shoe materials, grips for sports equipment, etc.
- Packaging materials: Breathing masks, seals, inner gaskets for bottle caps, food container gaskets, etc.
- Industry & construction: Sealing strips, shock pads, coated hardware tools, water pipe gaskets, etc.
- Wires & cables: Used as insulation and sheathing for halogen-free flame-retardant cable compounds, providing flexibility, environmental friendliness and safety
