Product Description
- Excellent water-blocking performance: The super absorbent resin contained in the product can quickly absorb water and expand hundreds of times upon contact, forming a dense gel to block water channels with high water-blocking efficiency.
- Good chemical stability: Non-corrosive to optical fibers and filling compounds in optical cables, as well as metallic materials (such as copper and aluminum) in cables, with excellent compatibility.
- Favorable thixotropy and paste stability: No dripping at high temperatures, no solidification at low temperatures; the paste is soft and easy to fill. Its viscosity decreases under shear force for convenient construction, and it quickly restores to paste form at rest to prevent sedimentation and separation.
- Wide temperature applicability: Featuring outstanding high and low temperature resistance, it maintains stable performance within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +70℃, adapting to various harsh environments.
- Electrical insulation: Possesses high volume resistivity and excellent electrical insulation properties.
- Environmental protection and safety: Non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive, friendly to human body and the environment.
- Optical cables: Core filling and armor layer water blocking of central tube optical cables, stranded loose tube optical cables and ADSS optical cables.
- Cables: Core wire filling and wrapping tape water blocking of power cables, control cables and communication cables.
- Joints: Waterproof sealing of cable junction boxes and optical cable splice closures.
