TPEE 25D offers high impact resistance, stable performance, and easy processing capabilities. This thermoplastic Polyester elastomer requires proper pre-drying before processing to maintain optimal material properties.

Processing Guidelines
Drying Requirement: TPEE must be pre-dried prior to processing to ensure the resin remains dry. When temperature exceeds the melting point, moisture causes hydrolysis, leading to degraded physical properties and increased brittleness.
Moisture Content: Hydrolysis generally will not occur when moisture content is below 0.1%. Materials exposed to air must be re-dried before use.
Recommended Drying Conditions: 80℃ for 3-4 hours, or 60℃ overnight.
Processing Methods: TPEE exhibits excellent processability and can be easily formed via injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.
Processing Temperature: Recommended range from 180℃ to 260℃, depending on process and grade. Melting points of all standard grades are consistently stable.
Storage & Handling
TPEE is hygroscopic and must be stored in a cool, dry place in sealed packaging. Any unused material after opening should be tightly resealed. Drying prior to processing is critical to ensure finished product quality; insufficient drying will result in significant decline in mechanical properties.

  • Rail Transit: Under-rail pads for light rail, high-speed rail, subway, and heavy-haul railway. Features appropriate dynamic-static ratio and excellent resilience.
  • Automotive Components: Engine intake pipes, drive shaft boots, airbag housings, automotive fuel vapor hoses, fuel tanks, air brake hoses. Offers outstanding chemical resistance and weatherability for superior performance and longer service life.
  • Electrical & Electronic: Fiber-optic cables, communication wiring equipment, antennas. Exhibits excellent heat resistance, elasticity, creep resistance and electrical insulation.
  • Industrial Products: Hydraulic hoses, inflation tubes, gears, manipulators, couplings, seals, gaskets, shock absorbers.
