TPEE 50D offers high impact resistance, stable performance, and easy processing capabilities. This thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer requires proper pre-drying before processing to ensure optimal performance.

Processing Requirements
TPEE must be pre-dried prior to processing to ensure the resin remains dry. When temperature exceeds the melting point, moisture in the resin can cause hydrolysis, leading to degraded physical properties and increased brittleness. Hydrolysis is prevented when moisture content remains below 0.1%.
Drying Recommendations: Materials exposed to air must be re-dried before use. Recommended conditions: drying at 80℃ for 3-4 hours, or at 60℃ overnight.
TPEE exhibits excellent processability and can be easily formed into various products via injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding. The recommended processing temperature ranges from 180℃ to 260℃, depending on the specific process and grade.
Storage & Handling
TPEE is hygroscopic and must be stored in cool, dry places in sealed packaging. Any unused material after opening should be tightly resealed. Proper drying prior to processing is critical to ensure finished product quality.
