- Blend ASTPEEN with base resin thoroughly by dry mixing
- Add dispersants, fillers, pigments as required
- Melt and compound using twin-screw extruder to process into masterbatch
- Special masterbatch available for direct use after uniform dry mixing
- Compatible with conventional processing methods: open mixing, extrusion, injection moulding, etc.
- Pre-drying recommended: 85-125℃ for 2-4 hours to prevent performance loss
- Use product as soon as possible after opening
- Store unused product in sealed container to prevent moisture absorption
- Materials with vacuum bag leakage or residual materials must be dried at 85-125℃ for 2-4 hours before use
Storage: Store in cool, dry, ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, heat sources and ignition sources
