General-purpose Anti-static Masterbatch PP Plastic Pellets

PP grade permanent antistatic masterbatch adopts pure PP resin as carrier, blended with high-efficiency intrinsic permanent antistatic active components and compatible additives through high temperature compounding, internal mixing and twin-screw extrusion pelletizing. The product has excellent dispersion and compatibility with raw PP material, no blooming, no precipitation, no influence on material mechanical properties and surface finish.

After adding this masterbatch, a continuous internal conductive network is formed inside the whole product, realizing permanent anti-static function, not relying on ambient humidity, resistant to long-term friction, cleaning and high-low temperature environment. It is widely used in PP injection parts, extruded profiles, plastic sheets, foaming products, turnover boxes, packaging containers and household plastic accessories. It can effectively reduce surface static accumulation, avoid dust adsorption and static spark risk, and protect electronic related packaging parts. Customers can add it directly during mixing without extra formula adjustment or pre-mixing treatment, which greatly simplifies production process and stabilizes product resistance between 10⁶ ~ 10¹¹ Ohms.

Precautions

Use up the product as soon as possible after opening
Any unused product must be stored in a sealed container to prevent moisture absorption
Bulk products with vacuum bag leakage caused by transportation or transfer, as well as residual materials after opening and complimentary samples, must be dried at 85-125℃ for 2-4 hours before use
Otherwise, moisture absorption from air may result in degraded performance during subsequent processing

Storage	Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and ignition sources
