Product Description
PE antistatic masterbatch is specially developed for LDPE and HDPE raw materials, using polyethylene as the main carrier combined with high-concentration permanent macromolecule antistatic agents and dispersion aids. After comprehensive melt compounding and pelletizing, the resulting granules are uniform, clean, and ideal for automated feeding in mass production environments.
This product is primarily used for film blowing, blow molding, extrusion processes, and thin-wall PE packaging applications. It disperses rapidly and evenly during melting, forming a stable three-dimensional conductive structure within films and workpieces. This maintains stable surface resistance over extended periods, preventing issues caused by static electricity such as film adhesion, dust accumulation, and packaging damage. The antistatic performance is permanent, unaffected by dry weather conditions, and remains effective after repeated folding and wiping operations.
Suitable applications include plastic packaging films, industrial protective films, PE bottles, hollow containers, and extruded thin materials. The masterbatch can be directly added during raw material mixing, ensuring stable feeding without agglomeration or black spots while maintaining high transparency and superior appearance quality in PE products.
