ABS Permanent Antistatic Masterbatch Conductive Pellet For Injection Molding

ABS antistatic masterbatch is designed for ABS engineering plastic products with strict anti-static and ESD protection requirements. It takes ABS resin as carrier, adds high-performance intrinsic permanent conductive components and special compatibilizers, ensuring perfect fusion with ABS base material, excellent impact resistance and surface smoothness after molding.

Applications & Benefits

This masterbatch is widely applied in electronic equipment housing, instrument enclosure, anti-static turnover tray, PCB packaging container, precision plastic parts and electrical accessories. It can continuously and stably export static charge generated by friction, avoid static breakdown to internal electronic components, and meet industrial ESD anti-static standard.

The resistance value is uniform across the whole batch, no local high resistance failure, no oil precipitation on the surface, no fogging, and will not affect printing, spraying and surface post-processing of ABS products.
