Permanent Polymer Antistatic Agent ASTPEEN8800 Series Plastic Pellets For Industrial Permanent Highly Effective

White elastomer pellets with surface resistance ≤ 10⁹ Ω, hardness 75D, and melting point 180°C. Recommended for transparent materials including GPPS (8801), ABS (8802), PMMA (8805), PC/PET (8808), PP/PE (8818) and other transparent grades. Widely used in plastic modification, industrial tools, electronics industry, cleanroom equipment and other fields.

• Permanent and highly effective: The anti-static properties do not diminish over time, through surface wiping or solvent cleaning, and remain effective throughout the product’s lifecycle.
• Toughening modification: It can be used independently as an elastomer to enhance the impact resistance (toughness) of the base material.
• Stable performance: Withstands demanding processing temperatures and methods, and is virtually unaffected by external environmental factors (temperature, humidity and wear).
• Minimal Impact on Mechanical Properties: Has a negligible effect on the mechanical strength, heat resistance and processing flowability of the host material.
• Good Compatibility: Exhibits excellent compatibility, is not prone to leaching, and does not affect subsequent printing, spraying or bonding processes.
• Easy Colour Matching: Fully meets colour matching (colour) requirements.
• Excellent transparency: The addition of the corresponding antistatic agent has a minimal impact on the transparency of the base resin, making it particularly suitable for applications where high transparency is required.

Direct addition to material at 10-25% ratio. Optimal dosage should be determined experimentally based on target surface resistivity and material type.

• Thoroughly blend ASTPEEN permanent polymeric antistatic agent with base resin by dry mixing
• Add dispersants, fillers, pigments, etc., as required
• Melt and compound using twin-screw extruder to process into masterbatch
• Special masterbatch available (can be directly used after uniform dry mixing with raw materials at 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 ratio)
• Compatible with conventional processing methods: open mixing/internal mixing, extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding, cast film extrusion, foaming
• Suitable compatibiliser may be added as required (consult for specific products)
• Pre-drying recommended before processing: 85-125℃ for 2-4 hours to prevent performance loss

• Use product as soon as possible after opening
• Store unused product in sealed container to prevent moisture absorption
• Bulk products with vacuum bag leakage and residual materials must be dried at 85-125℃ for 2-4 hours before use
• Moisture absorption may result in degraded performance during processing

• Packaging: 25 kg per bag, paper-plastic composite bag or aluminium-plastic vacuum bag
• Storage: Cool, dry, ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, heat sources and ignition sources
